Meet the experienced and friendly doctors and staff who make Ryan W Cowburn O.D. and Todd M Keppich O.D. proud providers of vision care products and services in Indiana.


Ryan W. Cowburn, OD

Dr. Cowburn received his undergraduate degree from the Pennsylvania State University and his Doctor of Optometry from the Pennsylvania College of Optometry. He received additional training from the pediatric clinic at The Eye Institute of the Pennsylvania College of Optometry,  Nittany Eye Associates, Laurel Eye Clinic and the Allentown VA Hospital.

Dr. Cowburn practices comprehensive optometry and specializes in the treatment and management of diabetic eye disease, glaucoma, macular degeneration and cataracts.  He also fits  specialty contact lenses including various astigmatism lenses, bifocal lenses and Synergeyes hybrid lenses.   The practice is affiliated with TLC LASIK Vision Institute. Dr. Cowburn can determine if you are a candidate for LASIK, as well as handle all of your pre and post-operative care.

Dr. Cowburn is an active member in the American Optometric Association, the Pennsylvania Optometric Association, the Southwest Optometric branch of the Pennsylvania Optometric Association and Vision Source of America. Dr. Cowburn actively supports many local events and groups, such as the American Diabetes Walk and the Epilepsy Foundation.  He is also a member of Grace United Methodist Church and the Indiana Chamber of Commerce.


Todd M Keppich, OD

Dr. Keppich received his undergraduate degree from Indiana University of Pennsylvania and his Doctor of Optometry from the Pennsylvania College of Optometry. He has received additional training from the pediatric clinic at The Eye Institute of the Pennsylvania College of Optometry, Einstein Medical Center and the Ocular Disease Center of Chester County Eye Associates.

Dr. Keppich practices comprehensive optometry and specializes in the treatment and management of glaucoma and dry eye disease.  He also is able to diagnose early diabetic eye disease, macular degeneration and cataracts.  Dr. Keppich specializes in fitting  all types of contact lenses including, biofocal lenses, astigmatism lenses and specialty hard or gas permeable lenses. He offers comprehensive pediatric eye care for children of all ages. The practice is affiliated with TLC LASIK Vision Institute. Dr. Keppich can determine if you are a candidate for LASIK, as well as handle all of your post-operative follow-up care.

Dr. Keppich is an active member in the American Optometric Association, the Pennsylvania Optometric Association, the Southwest Optometric branch of the Pennsylvania Optometric Association, and the American Optometric Association Sports Vision Department. Dr. Keppich volunteers in the community and is a member of the Indiana Chamber of Commerce.
